ok i dont understand he has treatment for low testosterone (trs). and was removed from the fight against weidmen, but hes been mentioned in resent interviews in match up.
is he or isnt he fighting and if he is why is he not been given back his title shot after all hes ko'd his last three with head kick and these are top ranked appounents.

The only one that's mentioned him in interviews for the Weidman matchup is him mentioning himself, Weidman is still facing Machida.
He was pulled from the original bout to clear his system from testosterone, apparently he has tested himself and has cleared himself to fight and independently pulled Machida from the fight.
The UFC and NSAC have no knowledge of this (except for said interview) so we can basically chalk it down as Vitor being Vitor and not much else.
Dana said that he needs to clear himself with NSAC before being rescheduled to fight again, but he has Jesus on his side so I'm not worried ;)
