I haven't experienced this in a while when I hit next and get to a random fighters discussion page.

I think after you back up and reload and/or try again, it shouldn't happen again.
There's some kind of odd little glitch where this can happen with a brand new fighter. Katherine Farfard was added to the Tapology database about 1 hour before your post.
