I'm going to pick the upset with Cormier beat Bigfoot. I haven't really seen Bigfoots TDD tested against an Olympic Silver medalist. I think this is a terrible matchup for Bigfoot. His only chance of a win is to TKO him and now that i think of it he was taken down by Werdum a few times, which doesn't say much....

@ninja i agree, i think the winner of the gp will fight overeem...which honestly makes a lot more sense than having the champion in the tournament in the first place. i never really understood why the champ was in the tourney.
i would imagine that the winner of the gp and overeem may have a chance of going to the ufc, but i don't think that there going to send anyone else up to the ufc anytime real soon. especially at hw, diaz had a lot more reason to ***** about not having anyone to fight in strikeforce at ww. strikeforces hw is the only division where they actually have some respectable competition
