agreeing with alot of people on this thread. Dan "The Right Hook" Henderson for sure, I'd also go Carwin as well, Cain's demonstrated brutal punching power with his vicious knock out of Nog and his Lesnar beatdown. I'd also say Fedor, his ability to drop people, i.e Arlovski, Rogers with one great shot was unbelievable, and Tim Sylvia said that the hardest he has ever been hit was by Fedor. For lighter weight classes and the P4P i'd have to add in Daley, Lawler, Belfort, and probably even Nick Diaz into the mix.
