Vick was a cool interview. We chatted about his gold gloves background, his MMA training, TUF, and his UFC debut.
We also talked to Mike "Biggie" Rhodes. He's 3-0 as a pro, and we actually got to pick his fight on Tapology this past weekend. He's with Roufusport. We talk about his camp, his career, his win over the weekend, and just get to know him a little bit :-)

Ray and Patrick are joined by two fantastic guests, first up is the Fight Professor Stephen Quadros, he talks to us about some of his personal highs in his amazing career. Are second guest is the UFC LW Tim 'Dirty Bird' Means. He talks about his past issues and what motivated him to turn his life around and become the person and fighter he is today.

Tim Means and Stephen Quadros are ******* bad ass, and it was great talking to both of them. We must have had Quadros on for close to 45 minutes, and he certainly didn't have to give us that much of his time, but he did and it still felt like we were just scratching the surface. Tim also came on with relatively short notice, so I'm definitely indebted and forever rooting for him!
Hit up that iTunes (or links above) and check out the Fight Professor telling us tales seldom heard about Sakuraba, K-1 cage matches, and how he would run his own organization. Then "The Dirty Bird" talks to us about his victory over Justin Salas, his training situation, and his predictions for UFC on Fox 5. Hope you enjoy, we certainly did!

Thanks @Live! We may not be the MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani or anything, but we get some good guests, the occasional good scoop, and we love doing the show. Thanks for the kind words.
