Prediction: correct Jenkins   wrong Decision  

Hmmmmm, this is a though one. Halverson fought twice, and lost twice, in the UFC. He lost a decision to Jorge Gurgel and got knocked out by Roger Heurta in 19 seconds. He hasn't fought since 2008. He is fighting a mid-level local guy.
