TITO ORTIZ for me, i think he would be the best bang for the lowest risk to begin with.

Hmm I'd probably go for Matyushenko, not really great anywhere, but a solid name for your first UFC fight.

Jason Miller hes under zuffa but I would have competition to see who would have the best entrance.

I would have to go with Matyushenko or Pokrajac. They both have at least mild recognition from having headlined at least one card, and neither shows any truly elite skill in one area.
