Yeah 5" height advantage for Kongo, but Barry is the heavier of the two...I hope we see an aggressive Kongo and some brutal leg kicks from Barry

I thought they were pretty even is weight from their last weigh ins.. idk though. Pat has got to pick his shots if he wants to win. If this fight gets in the clinch.. oh boy.

in my humble opinion..or imho....if kongo loses this fight, he's gone.

having said that, kongo will most likely look to do to barry what he did to paul buentello...avoid the feet and use power to pound on him on the ground

@Kalibo according to Tapology Kongo's last weigh-in was 228 and Barry was 240...Wikipedia has Barry listed at 5'11" 250

kongo is a physical specimen....i'd say his 228 is 10x stronger in the clinch than barry's 240

I wouldn't say he's stronger in the clinch, just that his height and reach gives him much more leverage. It's a very interesting fight, Kongo may have the stronger clinch game but he always hangs his hands well below his chin, especially after round 1. I think that's what Barry will capitalize on after surviving some savage Kongo GnP in round 1.

Barry in an interview on UFC.com stated that he has a gameplan that Cheick Kongo will be suprised by??? What do you guys think it means??? Possibly go for takedowns??? Lol We will see how that works out?

Barry will circle and use his jab and leg/body kicks to control the distance and Kongo will be to tentative to take advantage. Barry 30-27.
