Get it right and make the next one!

1) I used to work at McDonalds to afford training.
2) I'm 4-3 against Japanese fighters.
3) Visa issues prevented me from a planned title fight against Matt Hughes.
4) I have fought in a professional boxing match.
5) I have 5 kids.

How about this one:

I speak French

I fought in a UFC tournament and pulled out because I was tired and not injured.  (He felt he was not 100 percent for his next fight)

I lost to the same guy two fights in a row.

I fought in KOTC.

Nope.

Neither guy fought in 2014.   Well, maybe they did in some bar fight.  But the answer to this one is someone that had an MMA fight listed on Tapology.

Also, neither guy meets the name lettering hint.

First letter of first name and last letter of last name.   Heath herrinG is H-G.  Gary goodridgE is G-E.

Alright, extra hint that will narrow things down a lot.

- I have gotten KTFO'd in GIF-worthy fashion
- I fought in 2014 after a five year layoff
- The first letter of my first name is the same as the last letter of my last name
- I've fought in the WEC multiple times

alright now here is one that I submitted a couple years ago that no one answered.
So good luck.

I fought 6 UFC champions / tournament winners (some that were champions and some that were not at the time)
Those Champs i fought 11 times overall
a man named Thiago said i was the strongest person he wrestled
according to Joe Rogan I submitted Brock Lesnar at a Training Camp.

GSP fits the numbers i think....not sure about him submitting Brock Lesnar though...but then again...it's Joe Rogan.
