This has probably been posted already but if not, watch this. It's Cain Velasquez's injury that he suffered before fighting on UFC on FOX 1, caught on video. If you wanna pick Cain in the fight against JDS, this fight will help reassure your pick.

Ugh, knee injuries suck. I believe Junior had a knee injury as well going into their first fight though, it will be interesting to see how they both perform with healed knees.

Junior was in crutches two weeks before the fight. Cain fought with a torn rotator cuff and a torn ACL.

Imagine if they both fight completely healthy. Holy ****.

Thought i'd share this because it will never get the attention it deserves. If this happened in the States it'd be a big deal. Ghanian soccer player Kevin 'Prince' Boateng walked right off the field during a game in Italy because a support group from the home team had been making racist chants towards the team's black players ever since the game started. Boateng picks up the ball, kicks it towards the group of fans, and walked off the field. The host team tried to stop and talk to him, but he was having none of it. The captain for AC Milan rallied his team, and agreed with the coach that they refused to play the game.

I can't recall too many instances like this, and i applaud Kevin's actions. Racism has no place anywhere. A few soccer players have said they would do this, but it's never happened until today.
