From Daley's facebook page

I can't be Semtex all the time people, different fights call for a different approach. Sorry for those that felt cheated out of not seeing Semtex, but I feel being Semtex had an effect on the judges scores, because i didn't come out swinging. He got the 1st round, I got the 2nd, and the 3rd, I feel through takedowns, ground control, effect defense, and scored the most damage. The reason I back pedalled and kept it on the jab in the 3rd is because I honestly thought I had won the fight. it was close, but I feel I won.

I'm thinking Daley is delusional

It ironic to me that Daley was so vocal in his losses to Woodley and Kos, lamenting their positional control as lay' n pray. On Saturday, he not only attempted the very the same strategy, but was upset when the judges scored is as ineffective (which it was).

Along with way worse than we anticipated, he is also delusional/stupid.

well in the past he's lost by being taken down and nothing done with it, in his mind the judges have said that wins rounds.

I'm a huge fan of his. The Misaki fight made me ******* sad. I honestly think he's a bit more mature than he used to be, at least he's not punching all the judges in the face or something. He's just complaining about a decision, which lots of people do. With that being said, he lost. I thought 29-28 in favor of Misaki.

He was getting outstruck by Misaki, and starting using takedowns, hardly doing anything with them. He's become more complete a fighter, which is a little disheartening to me for some reason.

I cant stand Daley and im glad he lost, he tries to act like hes such a great fighter and always has to make excuses when he loses, there was no way he won that fight

I think this fight showed that Paul Daley's confidence has diminshed. He looked more stiff and tentative and...scared of getting into a striking match with Misaki. While it's nice to see Daley try to be more well-rounded, it means nothing if you can't do anything with the takedowns.

Misaki won and pretty much earned his victory.

Daley thinks he's better than he is, and he's getting a nasty shock finding out the opposite.

Daley has become really tentative since the Diaz fight, I want that killer instinct to come back.
