I just went to my first MMA event, Strikeforce: Tate vs. Rousey
It was quite entertaining especially the women fights including the main event that ended with one of the most brutal submissions I've ever seen. Watching the replay of that submission with the audience and hearing their reactions with long "awes" and "oh snap" felt priceless. (Obviously, most of you just saw that event)

I loves this topic. Ive been to two Strikeforce events here in SJ. Diaz vs Noons 2(8th row) and Diaz vs Cyborg. I also went to WEC 48.

nice dude! it's awesome live huh? my first was some amateur fights here in reno. ken shamrock's kid fought and won by triangle. then i went to ufc 137. it was EPIC. and i'm planning for ufc 148 in july along with the ufc fan expo

The next strikeforce is rumored to be in San Jose in May and if its true, then ill be there.

By the way, the Rumble on the Ridge promotion out of Washington state should be one of the organizations we pick regularly. You can always watch them live at fightflixx.com, so easy results, they're mainly pro fights with amateur fights also, they've had Jeff Hougland, Demico Rogers, Lyle Beerbohm, Mike 300 Hayes, Cody McKenzie, Devin Cole, Shonie Carter and many veterans and future major promotion fighters run through there and they put on great shows. Just a recommendation.

@Kpro when they have an upcoming card throw a comment on @skelliher's profile and he's pretty good about getting stuff we want on here! I've gotten 3 of 4 events and he's just putting the Fight 2 Win stuff up without me hassling him anymore!!

I was there with @Fatality. Event was intense. It was my first one as well. Kaufman-Davis stole the show in my opinion.
