Barboza will likely dominate the fight but I think Dunham may be able to hold on and lose by decision.

This fight could be all about Barbozas TDD. Etim was able to get him to the ground, not for long but it showed Edson has still work to do there. If he can manage to keep this standing the outcome is obvious.

I actually think Barboza could rule the whole division if his TDD gets to the levels of say a Jose Aldo or Barao, maybe he should train with these guys. I don't know much about his current team tho...

I agree with everything @dielegend said, I think Dunham will be able to take him down so we will see how he does off his back. I think Dunham takes the decision here.

i think dunham is a step down in competion for Barboza, compared to Etim.
he should take this by being-a-better-fighter and then take on Maynard, Guida, Miller, Diaz or Pettis.

Etim is legit but so is Dunham, I don't think it's a step down in competion. The odds should be closer imo. I can imagine that Dunham will be able to control Barboza on the ground like @poir said ^^ but I'll pick Edson regardless.

I think Dunham would take Etim.  Dunham has only ever really lost one fight.  That Sherk fight was a robbery, and Guillard could potentially do what he did to Dunham to anyone on any given night.

I'm shocked that Dunham is a +240 underdog. I think Barboza can finish Dunham on the feet due to his quickness and all around awesome standup game. But Dunham is a solid jiu jitsu BB who has some takedown abilities and good submission skills. If Terry Etim can take Barboza down, then i think Dunham can too. I have Barboza winning for now, but I'll have to think about all that, it could go either way.

I thought Dunham was going to be something special when he demolished (although he lost the decision) Sean Sherk ... but he hasn't impressed me in recent efforts against low-level UFC competition. I expect Barboza to put it on him in the early rounds and win a decision.

Barboza could be the future LW champ and I'm confident that Dunham will only be a small obstacle for him, to reach the top.

I dont think Edson has been on his back for more than 3 seconds in the octagon. I think Etim was the first guy to take him down and he got right back up.

This match shows a lot of potential for both guys Dunham is really good but I think he might get outmatched in the standup against Barboza.

I really like Evan Dunham, and he's really good at finding a way to win, but Barboza has burst onto the UFC LW scene with a lot of momentum. This one has fight of the night written all over it.
