After spending quite some time diving through countless of fighter's records, it seems fairly obvious and easy to figure out which records are padded/fixed/etc versus an authentic fight history. I've also noticed, these "fake" records are abundantly stemmed from two main regions: Brazil and Russian territories.

If my allegations are true, my main questions are:

1. Who are the people that organize these fake bouts, and what is their motive to do so?
2. What determines a fighter being the one to have his/her record padded, or the fighter who is intentionally losing against them?
3. Why do major MMA promotions offer these fraud fighters contracts? /  Why are major promotions not thoroughly looking into fighter records to ensure authenticity, before offering contracts?
