@Kirza911
since turning 35 Cannonier is 6-2. Many of those have been close, but I wouldn't worry about my boy Jared's age.

Cannoniers age imo doesn't matter that much. It does effect him somewhat, but Jared is a rare breed fighter who has no particular pinpointed prime and can perform even with being old. Same as Dalby, Jan, A. Hill, Elliot, Texeira, DC. Untill I see him slow down he's as live as ever.

And main factor for Jareds pickrate and upcoming odds (where he'll be the favorite) is because it's a 5 rounder and Imavovs gas tank sucks. Nassourdines the only one who looks 40 after the fights hits O2.5

If you watched his last fight you know he isn't slowing down. Absolutely dominated Vettori and set a record for most significant strikes in middleweight fight in the ufc.

Judging by his last performances, could be another year or more before we start seeing any noticable signs of age if he's both still fighting for them by then & hasn't taken major damage since.

Lee vs. De La Rosa
Andrea Lee, DEC
4 fight losing streak vs 3. Lee fought better against a better version of Maycee Barber. Maycee was the only reason I decided to even try to watch tape for this fight. Anyway, I can live with getting this pick wrong. I'm picking Lee despite how bad she looked against Maverick...hardly threw back at all and is getting old. I got nothing with this one.

Taylor Lapilus, DEC
Stamann is a good fighter and has the tools to get the win here but he's been too inactive for me to pick him. Taylor Lapilus is a very good, still improving fighter and a tough draw after a long layoff.

Moisés vs. Klein
Ľudovít Klein, DEC
Klein is on the rise but Thiago isn't an easy fight for anyone. Klein is definitely the better boxer and should win a 30-27 if he could keep it standing. But Moises has been able to hang in there against better strikers in the past and sometimes even turn the table. Great matchup

Radtke vs. Prates
Carlos Prates, TKO, R2
Looks like 1st rd or bust for Radtke and he has to make it ugly. Prates' striking is way more technical and he'll have a huge height/reach advantage

Marcos vs. Castañeda
Daniel Marcos, DEC
Marcos is a slow starter so Castañeda should come out hot in the 1st round. Castañeda is well rounded but usually gasses in the second half of his fights when he can't get an early finish. I can see Marcos taking over rds 2 and 3 and maybe even getting a late finish

Marcos vs. Castañeda
John Castañeda, DEC
Going with the underdog here! I think this is a really close fight. John is much more aggressive and fast-paced than Marcos, and Marcos really struggled with pacing in his fight with Davey Grant. John also throws excellent body and calf kicks, and Marcos does not really check kicks as far as I've seen. Marcos does switch stances a bit, and does have good boxing skills, so I can see him winning the boxing exchanges. But he works the body too much and doesn't have great power. I think John wins a close decision.

Radtke vs. Prates
Carlos Prates, TKO, R2
Put this fight on the main card. This fight is actually really good. Radtke is very solid and crisp on the feet. Prates will be able to keep the distance and may find Radtke's chin as well. This is a really close fight that could easily end via finish. I am going with Prates but I may flip.

no big secret who the UFC's pushing and Rosas Jr. probably picks up another win. But Turcios is hard to put away and has made fights hard for his opponents, win or lose.

Cannonier has to be on the sauce. Set a middleweight significant strike record by a wide margin at age 39 against Vettori. Looked more ripped than we've ever seen him before which is saying something given his physique. Had endless cardio, wasn't even breathing noticeably in the afterfight interview after finishing strong with grappling and G&P.
I mean the Brunson and Adesanya fight it looked like he was on his way out then suddenly he comes back like that.
Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
Now with USADA gone there's even less of an impediment.

The question is, why isn't Imavov on EPO? He could dominate the division if he got his supplements sorted.

Reyes vs. Jacoby
Dustin Jacoby, TKO, R1
what a fall from grace for Reyes... he's been looking worse in each loss since the Jones fight. I think he actually has a chance to beat Jacoby if he doesn't get baited into a brawl in the 1st but it doesn't seem like his heart is in it anymore.

Marquez vs. Reese
Julian Marquez, TKO, R1
Marquez doesn't usually have more than a puncher's chance but this could go his way. Reese is way too hesitant and doesn't control range well. one of these guys is definitely getting served

Ferreira vs. Stoltzfus
Brunno Ferreira, TKO, R1
the hulk is gonna hit a home run off this guys dome

Soriano vs. Baeza
Punahele Soriano, TKO, R1
Hard to trust either of these guys after the recent run they've been on. Pretty sure they dont see a 3rd round though

Moisés vs. Klein
Ľudovít Klein, DEC
This fight should be the featured bout. These are two of the most underrated fighters at 155. I'm going with Klein. I think he will be competitive in the grappling exchanges, and will out-strike Moises on the feet. I think this is a close fight, but a good one. I also think that Moises has been in a lot of wars and is a bit more beat up than Klein. Great fight.
