Why are we picking an entire card of amatures?? I understand putting amature fights on the card when they are before pro fights, but this is crazy.

I'm not trying to sound like an elitest, but amature fights really shouldn't be given as much weight when picking fights.

there will be more all-amateur cards on the site, because in general we're just adding more cards and want to have a comprehensive listing of all the fights.

however, we could potentially not include them in certain contests or other games that you guys have set up in the forums.   they could also theoretically count for fewer points, but no plans to do that at the moment.

Amateur fights in my mind should actually carry more weight, because our knowledge of these fighters is so much less.  It is not like an ammy fight is easier to pick a winner.  

The only change to the scoring I would enjoy is giving 25 points for the finish or the round if you got that correct but didn't get a perfect on the whole thing.

stanford would be perfect for me. every card except the kentucky card i'm undefeated. getting destroyed on the shepherdsville event. i see it now, two fighters named "byrd" who would have thunk. 15-0 in other events.
