Onama still has a lot to prove to me. Very poor TDD and not the best cardio either shown so far. His striking is wildly inconsistent. He'll do a beautiful technical jab one minute then lunge forward off balance and throw a haymaker leading with his palm like he was throwing a fastball.
Him training with FactoryX is probably going to help him. The small cage of the Apex is good for grappling so that ought to benefit JSP. I think JSP is a much safer pick, he will make it a contest if he encounters resistance where Onama might make it a contest and he might not.

I'm picking JSP and I'm pretty confident in it. He's fought the better competition and has better wins on his record. He also matches up well stylistically against Onama. Onama's cardio isn't great. If he can use his wrestling and pressure to wear on Onama I think he can find the finish in the 2nd or 3rd.

Onama best chance of winning is getting a ko in the first round and I don't see that happening.

Don’t see medic getting the finish. I could see him rocking means with a left hand, cus his left hand is good, but I think Means will take him down. Multiple times. And most likely not get guillotined. Means by decision

It appears I may have been too critical of Josefine Knutsson, she went after Marnic Mann as if she'd been found guilty of murdering Olof Palme. That was one of the most onesided beatings I've capped in a good while, 30-24 was deserved imo.

They said Mann is going to train with Xtreme Couture after this and I know she had some last minute calls for her contender series and UFC debut but if she keeps coming in looking like an atomweight and generally looking weak and fragile I'm not sure she's in the right sport.

Spann vs. Guskov
Ryan Spann, SUB, R1
Everything that Guskov has ever struggled with can be found in Spann. Guskov can be fun to watch but he doesn't really do anything crazy, he doesn't have good ground game and pretty much looks like round 1 or bust. He has power no doubt but he also gets hit a lot, mostly because of his stance. Also, Guskov only times when he faced actual solid competition he crumbled (I'm talking about Vasilevskiy & Oezdemir, I'm also not judging too much on Oezdemirs loss, because of the short notice but I still have to mention it). His fight with Pauga ended with a nice KO but overall as mentioned I hated the fact that he would get him so much. If Pauga can continiously tag you what would Spann with his reach and power do? And I don't take it a good win either, Pauga is somewhat low level and got KO'd by Mo's 50% hook, and who is Mo knocking out? He's taking dudes in heavyweight to decisions. Spann on the other hand has ground game, power, reach, proper experience. He can be unreliable at times, his decision making can struggle, he might not fight to his 100% potencial because he struggles to fully use his natural abilities, also there were some fights where he literally wouldn't get into a fight camp and when he actually decided to take a camp he caught a body on his resume, which was Reyes. I like Guskov overall but the major factors lead me to take Spann. The competition jump doesn't look good for him at all.
