Also, Blanchfield offically didn’t get a takedown on Talia, Talia just failed a takedown and was on bottom, that why the stats sheets say 0-14 on takedowns, I’m counting it as a takedown, but it’s could be argue it wasn’t one

Let me put it this way. I think the only way Blanchfield wins this is if Manon gasses out. And what proof of that do we have? I am expecting Manon to kick Blanchfield into last week. Not even next week. Last week.
Thank you idiots for the wonderful line on Manon. This will be my retirement fight once I cash the cheque and break the bank.

Manon has rarely been tested in that way so who knows how she will defend it. Jennifer Maia is the only one that tried (I don't count Ricci trying to take down a woman twice her size) and she got Manon down with ease.
I would lean more towards Manon in a 3-rounder but I think 5 rounds favor Erin. But then again, if Erin is very unsuccesful with grappling in early rounds there's no guarantee she wont be in latter rounds, it's unknown territory for both of them going 25 minutes. I think Erin as a wrestler is more used to pushing through that fatigue and pain barrier, that's usually the case in grappler v striker if there's a lot of clinching and Erin should be able to clinch up and hang on Manon.
If Manon had power it would be a much steeper hill for Erin. She did hang out in the pocket with Andrade for a good amount of time though trading shots on the chin.

Honestly, Blanchfield is overall a really good fighter, but her takedowns aren't that good. I know she's gonna try to take Manon down, and I'm pretty sure she'll have problems in the first 2 rounds, but as the fight goes on, I guess she'll have success. Until then, she can push Manon against the fence, just like she did against Taila, who is also a pretty strong fighter.
Let's see. I just hope we get a good fight this time, cause that Ribas x Rose wasn't what I was expecting (I thought Rose would be better than her last fight against Fiorot).
