@osama Raoni is better everywhere. His chin is suspect but all quinonez has is a jab and some low kicks. His defense isn’t great and he doesn’t have a good chin either. His ground game is very bad as well. I think the only way raoni loses is a lucky shot from quinonez

Got a feeling this card is going to be chaos. Lots of fights that could go either way. After 11 of 12 favorites hit on UFC 298 we're due for some dogs

Zippy New Predictions

Predictions: 8 of 10 Winners, 4 Perfect, 500 Points   |   Tied for 2942nd

Torres vs. Duncan
I am loyal to Manuel Torres at -190. He has a gauche suplex and a genuine head coach. Torres is about to highlight the ring announcer.

Altamirano vs. dos Santos
I tap Felipe dos Santos at -300. He has a brash liver kick and a digital left hand. dos Santos might implement the chosen one.

Zellhuber vs. Prado
I favor Daniel Zellhuber at -275. He has a sophisticated back mount. Zellhuber will likely handle the unthinkable.

Cháirez vs. Lacerda
I am with Edgar Cháirez at -500. He has a cybernetic double leg. Cháirez will quash the unthinkable.

Jauregui vs. Hughes
I am all about Yazmin Jauregui at -600. She has an egregious crotch-hold. Jauregui must charge the cycle.

Naimov vs. Silva
I am with Muhammad Naimov at -600. He has a wretched level change and an amoral full guard. Naimov could fight the performance.

Quiñonez vs. Barcelos
I select Raoni Barcelos at -170. He has a gifted side kick to the throat. Barcelos isn't about to tweak the enemy.

Puelles vs. Ziam
I am loyal to Fares Ziam at -210. He has a wondrous check hook. Ziam will likely seize the TV audience.

Rosas Jr. vs. Turcios
I am obsessed with Raul Rosas Jr. at -225. He has an exhaustive crescent kick. Rosas Jr. could yank the humiliating defeat.

Moreno vs. Royval II
I appoint Brandon Moreno at -300. He has an exhaustive heart stomp. Moreno can tackle the opposing forces. Easiest pick of the night!

Rodriguez vs. Ortega II
I elect Yair Rodriguez at -150. He has a strong hane goshi and an original kimura and also a trendy attitude. Rodriguez shall overpower the humiliating defeat.

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 7 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 455 Points   |   Tied for 3564th

Jauregui vs. Hughes
Yazmin Jauregui, DEC
Yazmin should win. Hughes’ only chance is gassing Jauregui out and she doesn’t gas.

Torres vs. Duncan
Chris Duncan, TKO, R1
Flash KO should happen for one of them, but I love Duncan’s skillset. Duncan by however he wants.

Quiñonez vs. Barcelos
Raoni Barcelos, TKO, R2
FOTN sleeper even though Yair/Ortega should be a barnburner. I’ll take the vet over the youngster.

Aguilar vs. Mendonça
Jesus Aguilar, DEC
Won’t be surprised if Mendonca wins this one. But I’ll back the Aguilar hype even though Shannon Ross might be the biggest can I’ve seen in the UFC.

Cháirez vs. Lacerda
Edgar Cháirez, TKO, R1
Lacerda is a fun fighter (that Vergara fight was amazing) but he’s ass. Chairez should win this quite easily.

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 4 Perfect, 540 Points   |   Tied for 2243rd

Moreno vs. Royval II
Brandon Moreno, DEC
Picking Moreno cus of his more well-rounded game. I think his main edge in this fight will be with his top control. Royval's chaotic style leaves him very open to takedowns and he's too willing to accept bottom position and look for submissions. Striking will be pretty close though. I hope Royval pulls this off.

Rodriguez vs. Ortega II
Yair Rodriguez, TKO, R4
Ortega has been out too long. He's not a strong wrestler and his top control isn't even that great. He's really good at snatching up submissions when his opponents make a mistake but I don't think he's going to find that here. Rodriguez is gonna light him up I think and end up getting a standing TKO or decision.

Aguilar vs. Mendonça
Jesus Aguilar, DEC
Fading Aguilar in the future. Don't trust Mendonca w/ elevation + big weight cut.

Altamirano vs. dos Santos
Felipe dos Santos, DEC
Dos Santos really impressed me in his fight with Kape. Hopefully he's adjusted to the elevation or we might see an upset.

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 520 Points   |   Tied for 2575th

Moreno vs. Royval II
Brandon Moreno, DEC
Royval could get a finish, but Morena is resistant to getting finished. And Royval's takedown defense worries me. I think Moreno will go wrestling heavy, avoid the submissions and keep taking Royval down. I like Moreno but the odds are off in my opinion.

Rodriguez vs. Ortega II
Yair Rodriguez, TKO, R3
I know Ortega can snatch up a sub when you are least expecting it, and Yair does not have good takedown defense. But he definitely has improved his grappling and submission defense and Brian is coming back to a fight after so long. I just think Yair has the momentum and will do more damage. Close one.

Zellhuber vs. Prado
Daniel Zellhuber, DEC
Risky fight but this is a showcase spot for the home boy. Prado seems to be really good too, and will try to crash the pocket but the reach advantage, size and grappling all favour Daniel. It does worry me how hittable he is, but his chin and recoverability seem good.

Rosas Jr. vs. Turcios
Raul Rosas Jr., SUB, R2
This surely is a setup for Rosas. Ricky has no stopping power and poor takedown defense. He will also stay on the ground and scramble around and I think Rosas who should be stronger will catch something. If it gets past R2, then I do fear for Rosas's cardio. We should not hold the C-Rod fight against him because C-Rod is that good.

Jauregui vs. Hughes
Yazmin Jauregui, DEC
Sam will likely have no answer for the pace and striking of Yazmin. And both have good cardio so a come from behind win is unlikely. Could even be a finish with accumulated damange.

Torres vs. Duncan
Manuel Torres, TKO, R1
Duncan is so hittalbe, I am taking Torres to chin him. If he gets him hurt he will swarm him, which also leaves him open to gas out if he does not get Duncan out of there. Still I like his finishing potential.

Quiñonez vs. Barcelos
Raoni Barcelos, SUB, R1
This will likely not go the distance, for the love of God please use your wrestling and grappling Raoni! If he does it is a clear easy submission victory. If not it gets dicey on the feet though I still feel Raoni can hang with almost anyone there and he has good power too.

Aguilar vs. Mendonça
Mateus Mendonça, DEC
I dunno about Aguilar, not a good striker and a decent grappler but his arms are so short. Yes Mendoca is stupid, but I think he does have the skills and I still rate his performance against Basharat.

Cháirez vs. Lacerda
Edgar Cháirez, TKO, R3
I really like Lacerda but the weight miss was not a good look in someone fighting at altitude, and Chairez did not bother to cut which will help his grappling. Lacerda could get a take down and submission early, but I think Chairez at elevation is likely to tough it out and take over late.

Puelles vs. Ziam
Fares Ziam, DEC
Puelles has gone from being a contender to being poo in the minds of most. Maybe the truth is that he is not good but not as bad as he looked last time. I trust Ziam to keep this on the feet, avoid the leg attacks and pick Puelles apart at range.

Rodríguez vs. Bondar
Denys Bondar, DEC
I think Bondar is not as bad as everyone thinks. He is ok, not sure what his cardio is like later on but neither am I sure about Rodriguez's. One thing Rodriguez has is power so a KO early is open, but Bondar has the better all round game

Altamirano vs. dos Santos
Felipe dos Santos, TKO, R3
Altamirano has no stopping power and could get tired as the fight wears on. Felipe has better striking, good cardio and can get takedowns here.

Naimov vs. Silva
Muhammad Naimov, TKO, R2
Naimov trains at altitude despite his cardio issues, Silva is a threat in R1 but Naimov will likely survive and get a finish late. I don't fully trust Naimov's chin, cardio or takedown defense though and Silva could sneak in a R1 submission

Puelles vs. Ziam
Fares Ziam, DEC
i dont really trust puelles after his last performance, fish out of water on feet.

Rodríguez vs. Bondar
Denys Bondar, DEC
hard to say for this one as both have lots of openings respectively, but i guess ill lean towards bondar because he has UFC experience and rodriguez has been fighting cans

Altamirano vs. dos Santos
Felipe dos Santos, SUB, R2
felipe's just better all around and tougher. hes gonna walk him, beat him up then lock in a submission

Naimov vs. Silva
Muhammad Naimov, DEC
eriks alot better than the odds suggest, can see him catching naimov on feet with a power punch as we've seen him get caught in his last 2 fights. But for the pick i'll lean towards momentum and go naimov via decision
