Might as well have had this one in Australia with Volk, Whittaker and Tafa on the card...

People have a terrible read on kopylov. Only 20% picked him against no talent puna soriano when it was clear hes the better striker in a stand up fight. Now 70% are picking him against someone who is a nightmare matchup for him not to mention Hernandez is the one with the full training camp. Cmon guys, think a little bit!

@Mothswords
this is why I follow you. Spot on. Kopylov has been good to my pockets. Enough to where I’ve seen him enough to know Fluffy is extremely live to take this. Kopylov is hittable with durability in question.

Not again. Too soon and not the right opponent. The ufc really wants her Un a contender position but might get kod a second time.

I really would like Volk to win especially after that devestating loss against Islam. But I think he's coming back too soon and Ilia just seems like the next big thing and the king of the next featherweight era already to me. I think it's just his time right now and he might even make it look easy.
If Volk just easily pulls another classic title defence out of his pocket it wouldn't shock me either but I got a bad feeling for him. If he does though I doubt that there's anyone in the next two or three years who's gonna come even close to taking that title away from him.

Dvalishvili vs. Cejudo
Henry Cejudo, DEC
Cejudo is getting old, so time can catch him whenever, but he looked great against Sterling. Should be some fun back and forth scramblings.

Rogério de Lima vs. Tafa
Justin Tafa, DEC
Unless there is a quick KO (wich isn't that often) those unranked heavyweight fights are really terrible to watch.

Not sure how to feel about Topuria after his fight with Emmett. For a guy that's normally known as an excellent finisher, it was interesting that he couldn't put Emmett away (who to be fair is one tough bastard). All 3 judges gave him at least a 10-8 in round 4, and one judge also gave him a 10-8 in round 3. I know MMA math never makes any sense, but Yair pretty much walked through Emmett and then Volk walked through Yair.

Topuria also seems to be teetering on the borderline of over-confident. He's certainly earned all the recognition he's getting and to a degree you have to believe in yourself if you want to be a champion, but he's not sugar coating how he feels whatsoever.

Hernandez vs. Kopylov
Anthony Hernandez, SUB, R3
Actually way more hyped for this bout than before hand considering I thought Kopylov would run through him within half way through the fight. But after looking much closer into it, Hernandez is majorly underrated and has beaten some decent level competition and getting through MAD adversity. I see him def getting pieced up and having to grit through it, and I believe he can for sure. He's a bit younger than Kopylov and Kopylov hasn't faced anyone that are tough as nails and won't break as easily as the others. That's when I believe the tides are gonna change and it might deter Roman a bit and possibly break his will once Anthony puts on the pressure. I believe Hernandez will wrap him up in a guilly or RNC towards the end of the 3rd. #COMEBACKCITY

Nakamura vs. Vera
Rinya Nakamura, SUB, R2
Moneyline on Nakamura is a good pick.

Hernandez is tough for sure. And he has weathered the early storm from opponents before. But Kopylov is just as tough. Look at the beating he took at the hands of Duraev. That’s why this fight has FOTN contender stamped on it.

Kopylov is massively talented; but Hernandez comes off that as the middleweight division guy to kill the hype of rising prospects

Going with Tafa. He's got a huge youth advantage and I think he can do enough damage in the first round to get it done.

Anyone else feels that the UFC going to announce the main event of 300 on this card, lots of eyes on the announcement, it be similar to what they did with Lesnar announcement for 200
