The miss makes up .029 of max weight class mass aka just shy of 3 percent.
It's not a title fight but he is penalized 25% with his purse I am fine with this.

With the Albazi withdrew he had all in his favor: Moreno or Royval don’t gonna receive a Title Shot that soon after only win one fight after lose a title fight (and the win gonna be in a rematch, and rematches in back to back to back are really unlikely), Nicolau comes from a Devasting KO Loss in his last fight (plus Matheus win the first fight in a controversial way), Kape is the contender that making more noise in the last 6 months and is in 4 Win Streak.
Sadly, Kape fumbled (book him against KKF to UFC 300 Opener).
