To be fair to Glisce about his Buday pick, it was a terrible prediction in hindsight, but I don’t trust a man who don’t do terrible pick in hindsight sometimes because MMA is a crazy sport where crazy unpredictable **** happen, and to not do this means your either lying, don’t pick fights or a trillionair off betting MMA with how good you are at it

Last card I pick Mitchell, Kelliher and O’Neil and all 3 got smashed, but that the picking game

It's always the bozos that don't predict the full UFC cards just cherry pick 4 favorites, that try to roast about picks half the time.

FWIW I “cherry pick” because every pick I make has some type of wager involved with that fight (Be it my money or freebet money).

‘Cherry Pickers’  don’t roast people on their picks, a$$holes do

It's so crazy to me that Buday was 4-0 in the UFC before the Shamil fight. That just goes to show that the average heavyweight is just that ****.

Thank god for the Aspinall' s and Pavlovich' s of the MMA world, without them the heavyweight division would not just be shallow but completely dead.

I heavily considered going with Buday, Shamil looked beatable on the contender series and out of shape. I thought it could be Buday as the "immovable object" that would tire him out and get the decision.
But that's why I don't bet! I don't remember if I even submitted a pick. Just FWIW, not a ridiculous pick imo.

I mean HW ironically is the thinnest div in every way but waistline, 3 fights and he could get Gane or Cain treatment or what was it 2 for Brock Lesnar but that was a WWF thing.
A lot of the Elite HW are aging and not elite anymore so leap frog is inevitable.

I like heavyweight for the meme,  not many skilled fighter compared to other men’s division, but the power make up for it

One of my least favourite fighter to watch are heavyweight that go to decision every fight,

I think until the HW champ situation is fully solved they are not going to give special treatment to anyone because there are already to many names that can be or fight to be the champ ( Jones, Tom, Stipe).

An exemple is Jailton Almeida, before the boring Lewis fight he was 5-0 in the UFC (all finishes) and they did not move him further because on top of the names I said before there was also Sergei waiting. It's to congested at the top right now.

Criticize Buday choice is completely acceptable, I simply don't understand how they managed to choose Buday knowing that Gaziev is better in all areas of the fight. "Your gas in the last fight didn't look good" Ok, but do you really think there are no adjustments? That he couldn't be more conditioned for this fight? Gaziev was a heavy favorite in that fight.

No one arguing that picking Buday wasn’t  a bad pick. All we saying is that it throwing stone at a glass house because we all have bad picks, that part of picking fights.

We could say the same thing for your Bryce Mitchell, Cody Durdan or Lucas Almeda picks, or my Mitchell, Kelliher and O’Neil picks, we all do ******** picks from time to time, we be here all day if we criticize everyone **** picks

I don't remember why I picked Buday. I rarely remember the rationale for very long, I basically start over every single time I cap a fighter and watch hours of materials, if I have the time.
I remember getting downvoted for telling people how confident I was in Lipski though so I'm not sure taking general opinion on Tap is always the key to success.

For anyone worried I didn't even consider placing a wager either side on the Buday fight.

I haven't read whatever the comment about Buday was since I have them blocked, which as an aside requires a very concerted effort of spewing fort inane never ending stream of consciousness ravings for me to bother, but Buday isn't really a hard hitting criticism in my opinion, go back in my pick history and you can find a lot better material to lambast me over lol.

Here is the question that is going to define where do you think buday stands in the HW division.

Buday vs Parker Porter. Who wins ?

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 8 of 11 Winners, 4 Perfect, 605 Points   |   Tied for 635th

Basharat vs. Lapilus
Farid Basharat, DEC
Both are solid, but Basharat is more well rounded and should be able to use his wrestling and ground game to take the decision.

Wilson vs. Silva
Jean Silva, TKO, R1
Odds are way too wide for Silva being unproven, but Wilson might be the worst pound for pound male fighter on the roster. Silva is a dangerous, unorthodox striker. He throws something wild early and catches Wilson for the highlight reel KO.

Nolan vs. Motta
Tom Nolan, TKO, R1
Nikolas "No Chin" Motta doesn't stand a chance against a striker like Nolan. The universe is coming to collect for that "No Contest" he got gifted in his last fight. He's about to go night night.

Bunes vs. Van
Joshua Van, TKO, R3
The only way Van loses this is if he wrestles and gets caught in a submission. If he keeps it standing he's going to either get the finish or win a 30-27 UD.
