I had high hopes for tynan but dude got dropped by a 0-2 in his last fight and he’s fight a man that 5-0 with 5 first round knockdowns but he’s got a huge chance to redeem himself

Vanilla should surprise this match. Been working to align stand up to a pro level. Remember, if he gets Kang as far as on his knees, fight will be all but over. I will bet some delicious kimchi on that.

I've been really impressed with Andrade ever since I watched him run through Abelardo in his ONE debut (Abelardo was coming off a KO of.the year step in elbow and even just last week he KTFO'd a supposed Russian "killer", proving Abelardo is still at a good level.

Anyway,  Andrade has done nothing but impress me more and more in every fight.  I couldn't believe it took Tapology so long to realise just how good he is as he has been Tapology underdog in all but 1 fight since and.he.has done nothing but continue to wreck every single opponent put in front of him in violent fashion.  Culminating in him making the extraordinarily tough Jon Lineker retire in the rematch.  A rematch of a fight which Andrade was breaking Lineker down and starting to beat his ass until unfortunately catching Lineker with 1 of the nastiest nut shots you'll see!!!

I.rate Andrade as a top 20 World 145er already,  I hope he manages to find his way across to the US to test himself against the likes of Topuria, Yair, Edson, (imagine those fights!!!!)  even the top grapplers like Evloev and Mitchell would be competitive.  Not quite sure about Max and Volk yet, but I have a bad feeling that Makachev head kick could have long lasting effects on Bald Volks future and just how long can Maxi baby keep knocking back no.2,3,4 and 5 contenders???

It's just a fact that to prove he's the actual best in the world he has to leave ONE.as.they don't have the quality opponents for him.  I don't like them throwing him in against Haggerty,  who is a Muay Thai top 10P4P after his win vs. Nong O. I guess Kickboxing kinda makes it a bit more even as Andrade, at least,  has some actual Kickboxing and a littl   bit of Muay Thai experience before moving to MMA fulltime.  I think he won some sort of Brazilian national title and he had a lot of fights in China. Wiki has his record at 20-3, though I imagine he has more unrecorded bouts.

Anyway, keep an eye out for this kid Andrade.  He is supremely technical  violence and 1 of the best finishers in MMA and a potential World rated fighter.  I just feel he needs to get away from ONE for the real tests though and despite what our resident ONE/Chatri cheerleader Tepid will have you believe that ONE Championship is sunshine, rainbows and all about the Bushido spirit! ONEs pay and contracts are actually worse than the UFC's. To get a move he'd have to sit out for years of.his prime and go through all sorts of legal ********o! To get out of.the grip of Master Chatri

Jonathan Haggerty vs Fabrício Andrade

Predictions: 0 of 0 Winners, 0 Perfect, 0 Points   |   Tied for 530th

This fight will crown the inaugural champion for the ONE Championship Bantamweight division. Haggerty surges into this contest on the heels of defeating the former division King Nong-O by vicious first round KO. This was Haggerty’s second Muay Thai World Title under ONE. This will also be Andrade’s first contest after brutalizing John Lineker to win the ONE MMA Bantamweight title. With the creation of the new division for a separate sport under the ONE banner, who will be able to cement their dominance as the true King of the Bantamweights?

Weapons:

Haggerty (OX) has a counter striker style that’s very adaptable depending on the OPP. He’s shown the ability with an elbow heavy offense when in the clinch but can also strike from range and control the space. His quick counters and timing when being pressured allows him to frustrate and stun OPPs before finding chances to land fight ending combinations. He does well to switch his targets from high to low with various kicks while maintaining a constant body attack with hooks. Andrade (OX) has good counter striking ability but does his best work applying pressure and finding chances for combinations to break his OPPs down slowly. His jab does well to set up his offense by forcing OPPs to remain defensive before landing combinations. If an OPP becomes too aggressive, he has good timing with a step-in knee that’s used to start fight ending sequences. His boxing combinations of quick hooks, uppercuts, and a jab-cross cause an onslaught of damage until ultimately his OPPs submits.

Defense:

Both use considerable movement and a high guard defense when defending most strikes. Haggerty has more intention when checking leg kicks, but Andrade has shown better head movement.

Pace:

Both have a high pace and use a lot of movement. Haggerty’s style of constantly being the counter striker could prove to be an issue if the pace of the fight becomes too much and Andrade’s pressure is unrelenting.

Prediction: Andrade wins by Split Decision

I predict Andrade will have the power advantage and his timing with his step-in knees and body attacks will prove to be extremely beneficial against an OPP like Haggerty who’s been stopped by body strikes in the past. If Haggerty can disrupt Andrade’s timing by taking away his jab, he’ll be able to limit his weapons somewhat, but Andrade’s pressure and boxing will prove to be too much and force Haggerty to remain mostly defensive.

Everyone expects a lot from Andrade and I agree that he is good and has a chance. But at the same time, they had completely different opposition if we look at the striking technique.
Still  fighting monster elite-strikers Nong-O, Vladimir Kuzmin, Petchyindee, Taiki Naito and Sam-A Gaiyanghadao and fighting Linekers and Abelardo, with all my love for mma - are two different things.
I will be glad if Andrade wins and i am rooting for him, but at the same time, having watched his last fight with the lineker and the Hagerty last fights, I have the feeling that in terms of the speed and power of the blow, mma guys move as if under water compared to elite strikers
I hope I'm wrong and Andrade can really
