"Padilla probably beats Nelson 9/10 times but I'm always a little weary when the fighter on paper who should win is fighting someone who's been much more active recently. Padilla has been in the octagon for barely 90 seconds in the last 28 months. Nelson has 45 minutes in the octagon across that same span of time against some solid if unspectacular competition."
I don't agree with 30-27 but I'm not surprised Padilla didn't pull that off. I thought he might get some hometown love if the fight was close but it apparently wasn't close enough. Oh well.
