I’m sure fighters take some money from match fixers on the side. To not get the finish in these situations. I can’t find any other reason for why people don’t finish those fights. Ian Garry last week as well. Fighters aren’t paid for overtime they say so I find it strange when guys act like they are. The less time you spend in 15 minute fights the longer your career lasts. Take as little damage as possible and get out. Shooting takedowns wears down your joints. Prolong your career and don’t carry that guy for 15 minutes

rinya had the perfect learning fight imho. got more cage time, more extended mma grappling, practiced sub attempts and has more time on the feet against a competent boxer. Needs to work on his securing his subs and using gnp to soften or finish his opponents. Dude needs to incorporate knees in his side control

He chose to not finish magny when he apparently had a lot of animosity for him. He’s definitely on the take. He said he was buying a house after that fight and he definitely wasn’t getting a bonus after that fight
