UFC probably in case Volk wins at UFC 290 they would give Ortega a rematch for the title with only one win when due to merit issues Ortega should at least win 2 fights against Top 5-8 fighters. Ortega should face Allen who is the Top 4 and the Englishman could enter as a candidate to get that victory or as someone like Evloev who has a long winning streak.
Chikadze would clearly be the favorite over Caceres, but in terms of fighting styles it would be a really entertaining matchup.
