No its not, Rinyas striking is still too wild and his cardio untested. Give Rinya 2 or 3 fights in the UFC before putting him into the top 10 in the UFC, hes insanely talented but clearly still developing each fight. Umar has been doing MMA professionally since 19 and was a Sambo world champ before that.

@Kanate I don't think you need to worry about his cardio. He's a 2017 U23 World Champion, has numerous Japanese Championship Medals and he got a Bronze in the Wrestling World Cup in 2018. If his cardio was bad I would be shocked.

That's 1-0 Yi but like a lot of chinese wrestler he's very inactive with the striking. One good punch and you can lose a round if you're not doing any damage, he's gotta watch that.
