No, Puna is not a wrestler. Being a C- in wrestling, but by comparison to being a D in all other martial arts doesn't really make you a "wrestler". Puna was easily outgrappled by Brendan Allen and Nick Maximov. It's okay to be wrong, you don't have to loop it around somehow that you were right but got betrayed by reality or whatever if/then statement you're working on.
