Prediction: correct Ring   correct Decision

Would like to see Nick Ring win his UFC debut.  If not for the injury that forced him off of TUF 11 I think Ring could have won the UFC contract.  He did after all beat Court McGee who eventually went on to win TUF after getting back into the competition by winning the wild card fight.
***uda's a tough a fighter, but I'm picking Ring to finish this fight by TKO.

I like Nick Ring, so I'd like to see him win. ***uda has faced stiffer competition, I think he comes out to put Ring to sleep. Ring gets a late submission in a fight he was clearly losing.

Other than Penn/Fitch this is the fight im looking forward to the most. ***uda is scary but Ring was an accomplished Muay Thai practitioner in Canada before making the switch to MMA. I think Ring takes this fight anywhere it goes

The only way I can see ***uda winning is with takedowns and a steady diet of ground-and-pound. But I don't know if he'll even attempt that, much less succeed. I'll take Ring to win by decision.

@tacoma agreed. if anything this fight showed the problems with 10-9 rounds.  it's not so hard to see how they scored the first two rounds 10-9 ring.  and that's enough to give him the fight, even though it clearly didn't tell the true story and arc of the fight.
