It's especially hard because I like both of them, but I believe it's Jamahal's time.

Yes and if he loses there is a point that Thiago has done all he can and had a good career maybe go raise a family or coach.
I prefer to see people get out when they are still mostly there what do you gain being the next shogun his win loss ration is pretty ugly and some lower level guys too.

Because Sato can't grapple and Battle is the bigger, younger grappler. In most striker vs grappler scenarios the grappler has the advantage because once he gets the striker down he controls the pace.

@JRey you shoukd look at his record. All of his losses stem from opponents with grappling game plans where he was either decisioned or submitted. Thinking the same will happen here is not as weird as you make it out to be.

but he can grapple so because his losses come from subs and gunnar held him down your saying he loses this fight but i like satos chances in this fight the longer this fight goes the slower battle will move and thats if sato doesnt ko him he has power i like sato winning this bout

Not just Gunnar but Baeza (striker) and Belal both submitted him. The only two ufc wins are against the chinny Ben Saunders and also chinny Jason Witt. Also, I'm sure Sato has grappling skills but relative to other fighters his strength lies in his striking. I'm not saying he can't win this fight. I just favor the grappler. It's amazing how people come after you for having a different opinion.

Only way sato loses is if he's too low volume. But that's it

Battle is much younger though and has lots of room for improvement and just got into the ufc off tuf. Sato not so much. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on this one.

His last fight was in feb. So is that really a long enough time for improvements?

Battle has heart I'll give him that. But if I see a + on sato i will forsure hammer it.

Santos vs. Hill
Jamahal Hill, DEC
I love Hill;s confidence and I notice Santos’s regression. Hill is a man on the rise and fights like it too. Very slick, fast and powerful and has a great ark to his punches. Santos may be powerful enough to get some respect, after all he is called the sledgehammer. But his speed and confidence was wiped from him after the knee recovery. Hill by whatever he wants, Santos will merely be a stiff 5 round experience asset that Hill gets to boost his resume.

Oleksiejczuk vs. Alvey
Michał Oleksiejczuk
Sam is extremely lucky to still be in the UFC, an opportunity that he probably shouldn’t have by his losing streakoooo. IiiiiiiMichal has powerful hands, and Alvey doesn’t have a great chin. If you crack him cleanly chances are he’ll wobble his way to the canvas. But what Sam’s saving grace in this fight is the hunger. I’m positive Sam will bust his ass to come out here and win, and he can be very dangerous when he gets things going. He puts together nice punching combos and has a sturdy clinch base. Hard to say, I just don’t like him in just about any UFC matchup.
