My answer to your question is this.

GRANGER  has an insane 9+" reach advantage, plus a few inches in height.
Problem is, ya gotta know how to use those tools properly.  I don't see Granger establishing a jab, Although it would be a fantastic tool, as would front and oblique kicks to keep opponents at range and fight her fight. She is capable in all aspects, but doesn't present a particular strength.  An attrition win does not equal long term success at this level.

McKENNA  for a fighter with t-rex arms and Tecia Torres stature, McKenna is a potential problem as she continues to grow and learn.  Her low fight IQ striking defense are what I would expect at this stage, (she's, what, 23a??), but I see improvement in her wrestling.  Her top game, cardio, speed, chin, and all around skills
should get her a decision win.

i had sato originally as well but i think battles will to try and get this fight to the ground will discourage sato and not help his game plan also mckenna isnt good but granger looks trash and has been out for a long time the fights im actually more concerned with are suprisingly the alvey fight just because the line on mical is way too high i also would say spivak sakai worries me

@tosh yeah that’s pretty much what I was thinking. Her last fight was terrible but granger is just so terrible

Alvey's go to is the circle, smile, jab, move and wait for an opening.
It's not impossible, if Oleksiejczuk doesn't get the first round KO I'm counting on, that Alvey's constant evasion frustrates Oleksiejczuk enough to leave an opening in the later rounds for an Alvey walkoff KO retirement gift.
Probabably not.
Who does this southpaw v. southpaw favor, do you think?

I'm hoping for a McKenna stoppage so I can get a nice fade line on her when she faces an opponent that is at least mediocre.

Also @duck I'm 40% accuracy in bets and profitable so preach it about underdogs brother

About TUF I will say this was the lowest level of talent they've ever had on there so I'm not surprised they didn't sign anyone else than the finalists. I think if Mo didn't make it to the finals he might have been signed for one fight at least because of his name but other than that I think they're content with letting the rest of the contestants prove themselves on the regional scene or via contender first.

Brogan Walker vs Juliana Miller. That's a tough one for me. Walker has a lot more experience having fought in Invicta vs fighters like Miranda Maverick Pearl Gonzalez and Erin Blanchfield. She looks stronger and is the better striker of the two. She has struggled in the past against wrestling but it's hard to tell if that's applicable because those matches she lost (v Gonzalez and Blanchfield) is against some of the best wrestlers there are in 125. SHe got dominated on the floor in both of those though.

Miller is just a dog. She walks forward blocking anything thrown on her with her face until she can get a hold of her opponent and drag them down to submit them.
A lot of fighters say they'd rather die in the cage than give up and most of the time it's posturing. I think from having watched Miller on TUF she might be one of those who really means it. She seems to come from a pretty broken background, she talked about abusive parents and partners. She used the phone call she got from making it to the semis not to call a relative or a relation but to call her coaches and she talks about there being nothing else for her except this MMA journey.

I believe her, if she got injured and couldn't fight you get the impression she might become an alcoholic or commit suicide. That single minded determination coupled with her aggression is a pretty good asset in WMMA.
The small cage should favor her a little bit as well.

I think I still lean Walker because of her experience but I won't prebet this fight at close to a pick em line.

Peña at least throws combinations when she throws punches. Her accuracy also isn’t horrible, it’s the technique that is exceptionally bad

Miller is kind of like that too, but her striking is worse because she’s slower and has almost no accuracy in comparison

The only reason Sam Alvey is still getting fights is so he can break BJ Penn's losing streak record. They don't want a legend like BJ to hold that shame forever so they're gonna hand it off to Alvey who is more fitting of that honor.
