Horrible news. Ufc Seoul has been moved to Vegas. The main event is… Lewis vs spivak 😐
This is worst case scenario I can’t believe they would totally move this event. Who even knows if the RTU finals stay intact. This is a mess

- paulopasta
Thats tough. Hopefully Lewis doesn't have any medical issues

T make matters even worse this is now an apex card, we may not have RTU finals on it, and I bet the location change ****s over a lot of the Korean fighters

Aaaaand interest shot way down. Do they know that people don't want anymore generic Apex shows? They better seriously start hitting the road again this year.

Also relating to the Zion Clark news... Of course it's in Gladiator Challenge. A promotion known for can crushing and obvious mismatches. So he will probably win which will tell us nothing.
On the other hand, I am curious about the rules. Can you only knee him in the head if you lift him up? Can he even do certain submissions without legs? At my estimation he can really only bulldog choke or north south choke.

Am I the only one who favors watching Apex fights? I love not hearing the "WOOOOOOOOOOO" tards as well as the overly ridiculous crowd pop for popular fighters every punch they throw that doesn't land. I prefer to hear the impact sound of the punches and kicks than to hear drunk tards screaming the whole time.

I hate both things too, but I doubt a south Korean crowd would be doing that.

True. Asian crowds are usually pretty fight focused. More just in general i guess. I could do without the crowd nonsense in most places. Especially America

Rei Tsuruya has signed with iridium sports management 👀 could mean he’s looking to get a fighth in the us and then singed to the ufc. He’s a very legit flyweight prospect coming out of Japan
Also, makhmud Muradovs fight league has signed a broadcasting deal with ufc fight pass. First show will be in 2023

When it comes to Zion Clark, if he is in the fight then kicks/knees of all kinds are banned. Everything else is fair game
-
- HiDefff
Well that doesn't make much sense. he still has half a body to kick. grounded or not you can kick his body right? don't see why that would change without legs.
Either way he's fighting a guy who throws fights in a promotion that has flags for rigging events. Doing himself a disservice win or lose.

@Ayy Muradov fight league on Fight Pass is huge news, that'll be their first show in the Central Asian area and there's so much talent there, plus it should also pick up lots of good Russians

@jrscolwell yeah really awesome to see. They’re a massive show in Uzbekistan too so hopefully this deal gives them more funding to pursue prospects

Thats amazing news, I follow Central Asian MMA closely. Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan always had huge potential just when you look at how well they do in boxing and wrestling and to a lesser extent Sambo, Shavkat and Damir are holding it down big time but theres quite a few good Kazakhs now. What I was surprised with was how talented the Tajiks and Kyrgz have become, Samandar and Nurullo in the UFC are future top 10 guys I legitimately think and Sarvadzhon in Bellator will be a contender at 135lbs....All Tajiks. Georgia isn't central Asia but as a country Georgia and Azerbaijan always seemed teeming with potential and they're starting to produce some talent, especially Georgia which was always the 2nd best Caucasian combat sport region behind Dagestan.
This is awesome news, Muradov on fight pass. Makes me so happy.
