Never digged around in his record until now, he's fought a lot of shady opponents and like you said even lost to some of them.

Especially those Indian league opponents lol. He lost a fight from doctors stoppage but they turned it to a no contest? Kinda shady

**** man, I didn't even know that lol. Some fighter's records are really well padded, I mean ffs even Askar Mozahrov's record, **** went from 25-7 to 19-12. It's insanely eye opening

Some regional scenes are just sooo fishy. Barring stylistic matchups, I always fade people from China regional scene (there’s obviously exceptions here as there’s a wide range of skill level), Israel, India, and any middle European country like Moldova, Romania, Lithuania, etc.

Obviously, there’s always exceptions cuz yknow stylistic matchups exist

Very true, this is why the best way to tell if a prospect is legit. In my opinion the best way to find out if someone is battle tested is to check their competition level before entering a bigger promotion (UFC, Bellator, PFL, ONE, Rizin ect). I would rather a guy who's fought good levels of competition with a couple of losses (3-4-5) than an undefeated guy who's fought cans in the regional scene. Obviously there are some exceptions, first one coming to mind is Khabib who went 13-0 against a very poor level of competition before proving himself as a great fighter when joining the UFC. There are also guys who were battle tested before the UFC but still have a hard time keeping with their peers once entering the bigger promotion they enter. I think fighters should go through promotions like Cage Warriors, M-1, KSW, LFA, Jungle Fights (I dont know much about them but I know they've raised a lot of future brazilian UFC fighters) and all those promotions that are between the regional and big promotion level, before entering said big promotion.

Sorry for the big paragraph lol, didn't mean to ramble for too long

All good. Doesn’t matter into me if u write a paper or a sentence. I agree with what u said. There’s always exceptions like Uros medic is actually decent despite can crushing (still don’t trust him against good fighters tho)

Preciate it bro. And yeah Uros is another one of those exceptions, although still rather untested against the elite of the division (Getting his skills shut down by Jailin Turner) like you mentioned.

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 2 Perfect, 490 Points   |   Tied for 728th

Tsarukyan vs. Gamrot
Mateusz Gamrot, TKO, R3
most will take Arman i get that but im rocking with Gamrot all day hes undefeated IMO as he beat guram but in this fight i see it being very close until Gamrot either lands that power shot or Arman gets sloppy and gets taken down later on for swinging recklessly gamrot from their should either ground and pound his way to a win or sink in a RNC maybe another kimura

Elliott vs. Albazi
Amir Albazi, SUB, R1
albazi is still unproven IMO but ill take him because of the record and because tim just always pisses me off with the way he fights

Curtis vs. Vieira
Rodolfo Vieira, SUB, R1
at this point im just gonna bet against curtis until hes triple champ lmao curtis most def can KO tf out of vieira but i havent seen curtis ground game yet and because of that ill take rodolfo by armbar or guillotine

Magny vs. Rakhmonov
Shavkat Rakhmonov, SUB, R2
very very excited for this neil is a grinder has a good chin and does not stop the pressure even if its five rounds however shavkat is the next big thing hes amazing everywhere i dont see him getting a flush ko but i do see him dropping neil and then slipping in a rnc

Moisés vs. Giagos
Thiago Moisés, DEC
moises is def better then giagos i dont think he gets the finish but i do think he wins in dominant fashion

Yu Frey vs. Demopoulos
Vanessa Demopoulos, SUB, R1
vanessa gets the sub and jumps into joes arms again

Parisian vs. Baudot
Josh Parisian, TKO, R1
2 cans but Alan is probably the worst Hw on the roster rn

Ulanbekov vs. Nam
Tagir Ulanbekov, DEC
Tagir lay and pray incoming im actually hoping Nam can shut his lights out so i dont have to see this for 15 minutes

Paiva vs. Morozov
Sergey Morozov, TKO, R2
good scrap two dogs with lots of heart im taking sergey i believe he is the agressor of the two i believe he is the all around better fighter and i think we see a good first round and then a Ko in the second

Durden vs. Buys
JP Buys, SUB, R1
Durden likely takes is but id like to see buys get at least 1 W in the ufc his best bet is to crank a guillotine when durden goes for the legs

Nurmagomedov vs. Maness
Umar Nurmagomedov, DEC
Nate is good but honestly the nurmagomdeovs are unstoppable and umar is a grinder who isnt getting off you till the ref pulls him off curious to see how this one plays out

Nchukwi vs. Ulberg
Carlos Ulberg, DEC
IMO neither guy is good but Carlos is the more technical striker of the two and i think he will hit some good body and low kicks possibly blitz tafon when hes backed against the fence i dont see a finish here

Gotta admire Kelleher's willingness to fight anyone but I think Bautista is just better than him everywhere unless Boom pulls out a lucky submission

Arman is da man!

Predictions: 5 of 10 Winners, 1 Perfect, 290 Points   |   Tied for 3326th

Arman is no longer the future. He is the now. Can't wait for Arman vs Islam 2. Gamrot will be Arman's toughest win yet, but he will grind him down and win via TKO ground n pound.

Arman gets exposed here. His claim to fame is getting 30-26ed by Islam. Not only will he not land 1 takedown he gets tkoed inside 2 rounds.

Ulberg really favored on here lmao

This is easy win for Tafon doesn’t gotta worry about TDs. This is one of the most surprising public favors I’ve seen on here.

I agree with that statement. Tafon is better than people give him credit for; even myself. I **** on him badly for the park performance but he has absolutely smacked around everyone else he’s fought. He was even beating azamat before the ko

MURDERkanov's knee on Tafon was such junk. lmfao... that was a bum shot that I am happy he landed for my pockets but it was a junk knee.

The only people dumb enough to put money on Carlos are City Kickboxing ****-riders who take every word Izzy said about him to heart, despite it being proven he’s not at all UFC material. Carlos is so bad he could win a title in RIZIN. Carlos could barely beat his own **** without crying, let alone a legitimate UFC prospect.
