My UFC 280 Main Event Win Rates...

This is how I have the win rates of this match with my notes. What do you guys think?
Oliveira 62% chance he wins - Kid from favela. Overcomes adversity. Has finishes on ALL top fighters in division. Maybe the most well rounded fighter in UFC. Amazing take down defense, transitions to Jiujutsu with phenomenal speed an accuracy while being taken down. Loves being on his back and finishes most fights there, but surprisingly is top class striker.
Makhachev 38% chance he wins - Humble, amazing Dagestani fighter. How will he handle fighting with Khabib legacy pressure? Has never won an organization belt, this is the biggest fight of his career. Not very many notable finishes and wins. Champion Somba fighter, protégé of Khabib "One of the greatest of all time". If he can take down Oliveira he can win. Known for "Smeshing" people on the ground and is the best in the world. Many Dagestani fighters and coaches consider him BETTER then Khabib.
