as I said, the disrespect to current top5 is too much
yes I agree, new wave is likely better
yes I agree, top 5 kind of avoid fights with fighters lower in the rankings
but I deny saying that they suck, all of them fought years of high level competition and showed what they are made of, guys like Guram, Mateusz, Damir, Arman, Jalin, Terrance etc. are yet to fight against the best of the best

Mokaev should never lose this fight in his last fight he fought Johnson who is better than Gordon in every aspect of fighting. Mokaev should be able to take him down quick (or even drop him) then grab the choke pretty quickly after that. After watching them both fight again I think it’s closer than I initially thought, Brady has lesser striking with the clear grappling edge. I still believe Belal will outlast him and win a decision with volume and takedown defense

Abubakar isn’t amazing or anything but he’s more technically sound and the wrestling will be about even, if not a slight advantage for Abubakar. I think he will win a competitive but clear decision

Respectfully though that doesn’t make him a “can”. A can is someone who’s meant to lose and has no chance of doing anything in the sport. Gaethje has already done many great things in the sport. He’d get bested by those killers for sure, but respectfully that does not make him a can
