Meanwhile, boxing is heating up on the Benavidez card on showtime… see y’all in two weeks.

Arman is on that card also. I personally would go Arman, Tagir, Shavkat, and Umar. I see all of them winning unless a fluke KO happens. The odds for that parlay would be pretty nice too. Definitely could make some serious cash on that one

I had it 48-47 Holm. 2-2 going into the 5th. Ketlen started the 5th well looking for the knockout but from there it was even, leaning towards Holm with the control she was getting. Ketlen gassed and by the end of the 5th it was clear Holm won

Holm was my 5/5. I can accept if she lost fair and square but that's not what happened. Even Ketlen did not react to that split decision as though edged it, she reacted like she got away with something.. a robbery, like someone did her a favor. Holm knew she won, she wasn't glittering but she won fair so that leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I agree with Rusty that what we just saw is a huge turn off from putting money on the sport

Holy ****, okamotto tweeted out he asked michel what he weighed in the cage today; he said 211 pounds! Bruh cut 41 pounds to make weight

clinch control = control time, most active fighter, etc. you can call it whatever you want and it is precisely the criteria that defines closed rounds.
Like I said: Vieira was better at striking in most rounds, but she didn't throw a high volume of strikes (especially in the later rounds). Holm was more active and looked more for the fight in the final rounds. What I am saying is the fact that there is an inconsistency in the judges: sometimes more activity is the most determining factor and other times they reward better shots despite not doing as much during the round compared to the rival.

Think im done w mma betting for a while. This constantly happens on almost every card. Holm got robbed badly. Even Veiras corner said she was losing 3-1 heading into 5th rd. Had enough

One last thing, maybe I am a conspiracy theorist but well....

I had 3 parlays in play, all with Holly Holm by decision as the final leg. Worth over $7000 if I won.

During the Pereira/Ponzinibbio fight (which had one leg of over 1.5) the parlays locked. I could not cash out, which I would have done with at least one parlay.

And went into the main event with all my parlays locked and unable to cash out. And then this robbery.Quite a coincidence if you ask me,

I am sure I was not the only one affected this way, but it seems to me that something completely stinks about MMA betting and judging. If there is not some shady stuff behind all this I will be really really suprised.

And as for that judge Derek Clearly he has done exactly the same thing in Holmes previous fight with Pennington. I smell a rat. 3 rats in fact.
