Great Success

Predictions: 12 of 12 Winners, 4 Perfect, 795 Points   |   1st Place

Cool card, placed first - good enough reason for a first post.

Looks obvious in hindsight but doesn't it always?

As long as I have watched MMA, there have been highly touted fighters who fall down a flight of stairs, get stuck and then continue falling down said stairs.

Predictions: 7 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 490 Points   |   Tied for 2136th

I scored it 29-28 Alhassan also, But It did all came down the first round, The first round was a real A or B round, It either AlHassan by more damage or Buckly 3 takedown that didn't amount to much, but it was 3 takedown. I know there a scoring criteria that damage trumps all, But the judges don't really uses it, So I get how Buckly won also

I thought Alhassan won but it was very very close, For me to get mad at a judge or multiple judges,  It has to be more how they got to that conclusion, like Maycee Barber last fight still piss me off, They no was to justify Maycee winning the 2nd, Also sometime the right winner but **** scoring still pisses me off, Oneal landed 230 sig strikes and the fight was a 2-1 1-2 2-1 split decsion victory, If you score a round for Roxanne Your a ****wit, None the less the entire fight

I scored it 29-28 Alhassan but knew he wouldn't get it. At this point I've accepted that unless one fighter gets a knockdown or displays a huge cumulative damage advantage the judges will score the round for the guy who took the harder shots if he got spring-up takedowns that went nowhere, landed everything on the hands and did virtually nothing else.

Walker

Predictions: 10 of 12 Winners, 1 Perfect, 570 Points   |   Tied for 1042nd

Looking back at that Johnny Walker KO, it looked like a glancing blow (although to a bad spot).

I think Johnny may be done. You can't keep getting KOd like that and make it in the UFC.

Feel pretty sad about that, I think things went downhill (no pun intended) since his shoulder injury and he has seemed lost ever since then.

I hope he finds something else to do with his life that earns him money without costing him brain cells.

Rewatching it again. Wow, Walker has terrible striking defence. Awful. And combined with a glass jaw. Another victory to SBG Ireland who along with Fortis, Roufus Sport and Jackson Wink are the worst gyms going.

Can't wait to fade Jamahal Hill when he fights someone who is a good striker with a good chin or has good wrestling, I think it will be a massacre.

Ehhhhh, he’s okay by UFC standards. I don’t think anybody who thinks highly of Crute as a title prospect would praise his striking specifically.

Id rate Crutes striking slightly above average but limited.
His chin and recovery seem biggest problem gotta boost defense.
As a young man that is bad he will only weaken.
Im almost sold on hill but johnboy is a ****up so proves little.

Hill is good... sorry not good... great. He's a 4 star (out of 5) fighter for sure. What is there to not be sold on? He punches people and faint like they're on a soap opera hahahahahahahaha.

A specialist broke his arm in spectacular fashion, other than that, he has 0 stains on his name. Never been taken down or knocked down. We've never even seen him hurt from a strike or caught with a huge combination. Let's not lie to ourselves, He has some of the most crispy kickboxing in all of MMA.

Last night, I predicted Oezdemir would get it next, and right on cue, Oezdemir starts some **** on twitter. I look forward to that in the summer.

In both of his recent TKO wins, against Crute the Brute and Johnny Walker, both landed a punch on him as he landed his. Good chin, Walker's 6'6 and has KO power if anything, and the shot didn't even faze Sweet Dreams.

He broke his arm and recovered in like six months and is now starching guys with that same right arm. I think as some people have said, wrestling with be his problem at 205. Now he's got a point in that this is a tired division. There's plenty of guys he could knock out.

I believe he would KO Jiri, IMO. Not gonna be a popular opinion, he'll starch most of these guys. Now I could see Glover taking him down and possibly putting a beating, getting the sub in round 2 or 3. But we now know if Jamahal lands, you better have good recovery because he dives in with a bomb.

Dropped Crute, Crute got up and you could tell he was not recovered, he lands but Jamahal lands harder.

Now Johnny landed harder than Crute, and you can see Jamahal eat the punch and it even pushes him back a bit but I think he knew he would smoke Walker.
