I agree he has not been the same since, but Almeida has his back against the wall, if he looses this fight don't be surprised if he gets cut. Hard to bet against someone who has it all on the line in my opinion.

Ponzinibbio and mcgregor were being slightly overhyped as ponzinibbio was coming off a long layoff from injury and looked a bit rusty and mcgregor treated the fight like a boxing match not mma and I love cowboy cerrone but conor hasn't fought top mma competition for a long time before poirier, and Buckley had all the hype from the lucky ko of the year which was amazing but other than that he is pretty average...

Coming off a long layoff and an infection that literally was eating his body away. I've always thought Buckley is too small for the division hes in and got an absurd amount of hype off of a sweet kick lol Sorta like the Hype Holland got for a KO off of his back. People watched this man with their own eyes get out wrestled by Meerschaert, Stewart, and Jacare lol and still somehow placed a bet on the man against Brunson. Almeida was great at one time. I just dont think he has it anymore and as much as i hate Sean "The Excuse" O'Malley i think he is just too much for Almeida. To your point Delinquent idk how the hell Almeida is still in the UFC to be honest. they arent the organization that typically keeps guys who lost 4 out of 5 over the last 6 years.

@Thewelshguy1998 So the fighters specifically lose for the sake of bets. They bet on their opponent who has +500 chances and lose

You're a ****** if you truly believe that. Also willing to bet you've never competed in anything at a relatively high level if you believe that.

The thing is will Almeida make the most obvious decision and avoid the right cross of O'Malley and calf kick the **** out of him. If you were gonna fight O'Malley, I think at this point you'd attack his legs but not with naked kicks.

They are feeding O'Malley, and he'll most likely win because they picked this perfectly for him just like the Eddie Wineland KO.

It's true that the ufc do hand pick opponents for some fighters that they know can make a lot of money from , like sean omalley khamzat etc, like the hype for khamzat does piss me off because he has fought not great fighters at all but the ufc pushing this agenda that he is some fearless man who just wants to fight everybody all the time kind of cringe hearing Dana lick his ass🤦🏻‍♂️ but in reality as soon as the cage doors close it's a fight to the death no matter how much the ufc wants that one fighter to win, like when francis and stipe first fought, the whole week it was francis getting interviews first the ufc production pushing francis, then stipe goes out their and puts on a clinic for 25 mins, and let's not forget stipe took some ******* bombs from Francis in the first fight and kept going forward, the same is with adesanya and jan few weeks ago, it was all adesanya all week and then jan goes and makes him look mediocre, never mind the complete bias commentary for izzy even when we we all watching jan win the fight! And then even after all that when jan is announced winner they STILL interview adesanya first!😂 ******* crazy but yeah it's a business at the end of the day and the ufc love money

^  just let him live in his fantasy land where if he makes a wrong pick there's no way it was him that was wrong. its easier to convince himself that the fighter threw the fight, than it is for him to accept that he was just wrong about the outcome. I bet he's super fun at parties. Also willing to bet he has a Q flag on the wall of his bedroom in mothers basement and tells people how Venezuelan socialists swapped out circuit boards on voting machines in 12 states.
