No need to share my past (not even the fact that I was a Judo blue belt at the age of 13 at school and champion of the school before giving it all up because of stupid styles of music called Metal and Hardcore).

I'm 39 years old, 66.5 inches tall for 175 pounds.

Started BJJ a month ago.

Used to do drugs, drink and smoke a lot. Stopped it all except the wine. Can't stop drinking my wine in the evening after work, sometimes after training.
What would you advice as a substitute ?

Insults and bashing are welcome, I don't give a ****.

If you don't wanna drink anymore it's easy.
You don't even have to do anything.
Just don't do something.
 The something being the drinking.

Everytime you need to drink wine do 20 push ups 10 pull ups or 10 push ups 5 pull ups or even less than that if your more of a beech than me

I used to drink 2 bottles of red wine most saturdays after i got over my vodka thing ( always with beer / cider too though ) then it was just the wine and other stuff. Im mostly sober 10 years now ( not all meds )

@wasteland you're such a casual sometimes. I would drink a six pack and piss back into the empty and then I'd drink the six pack again. So basically I got two six packs out of one. Top that.
