Benson Henderson, DEC
Henderson knows how to keep his distance in the fighting stance and how sharply reduce it when need to carry out a takedown. Henderson is a more experienced fighter. That’s why I bet on him. Of course, I also respect Myles Jury for his former fight merits in UFC

Benson Henderson, DEC
It reeeaally pains me to have to pick Ben Henderson here. I'm picking him, but highly wish to see him get ****** up. That way we don't gotta worry about Benson saving his gas tank, just to use it AFTER THE FIGHT to pump up the crowd and judges, and then give us one of his "all things can happen ONLY if you believe in Jesus Christ" speeches. I just CAN NOT stand Benson Henderson. I dislike him about as much as Colby Covington or Jon Jones, But even still, there was once a time, that i actually enjoyed a Benson Henderson fight. Just like there was once a time, when there was boatloads of hype behind Myles Jury and people were thinking he'd be a future UFC title contender.. Annnd then he wasn't. Injuries and inactivity killed it for him. Myles only has 2 wins, since he beat Takanori Gomi wayyyy back in September 2014. And this fight, marks his 1st Lightweight bout, since his loss to Cowboy Cerrone back in January 2015. Annnd he missed the 156lb limit when weighing in. (I know, only by 1/4lb. But still. He's moving up from Featherweight. He shoulda hit the mark. I just see tooo much for Myles to overcome. Benson by Unanimous Decision.
Scope vs. Queally
Ryan Scope, DEC
I think it's fair to say that, Patricky Pitbull was wayyyy tooo much, way too soon. Even Lewis Long might have been too much, too soon for Scope. But Ryan Scope -vs- Peter Queally? That's a better level of opposition. And i expect a goood fight here too. If Scope plays it right, He should getta easy win here. Expect full 15 mins.
McCourt vs. Hughes
Leah McCourt, TKO, R2
Leah McCourt has potential to develop into something special. Just wish for her sake, she was a little further ahead skill/experience wise, because Bellator needs women's featherweights to feed to their shiny, new signing Cris Cyborg. McCourt started off early in her MMA career, submitting everyone left and right as an amateur, which shows you what her base is. But she's now finishing ppl with strikes. And that plays right into where Kerry Hughes has a big hole in her game. She's literally folded in the 1st half a round, in 2 of her last 3 losses. McCourt will gladly add to that number. Shouldn't last more than 10 minutes..
Page vs. Kiely
Michael Page, TKO, R2
Whaaat in thee **** did Richard Kiely do to piss off Scott Coker, or Rich Chou or whatever Bellator matchmaker's name is. This is an incredibly stoopid fight. Makes noooo ******* sense. Atleast give MVP someone close to his level. Idk, Kiefer Crosbie for example. Hell, Benson Henderson even. I just don't understand. Started off smashing broken cans, then faced equal opposition, annnd because he lost for the 1st time, Bellator acts like he cant hang with tough or equal opposition, so he's gotta go backwards to smashing cans again??? Why? Why? Whyyyy???? ****-king stupid ****. But about the fight. I don't see it being very close at all. And considering that MVP is not only coming off a loss, but a KO loss, I'd expect him to take an even longer time than normal to get loose and comfortable. Except firework's in R2.
Novenyi Jr. vs. Fleury
Norbert Novenyi Jr., SUB, R2
This fight could be a fun one. Kinda flying under the radar with all the bigger names this card offers. I truly believe Novenyi is the better grappler of the two, but Will Fleury has faced the better opposition. So in a way, Novenyi is a little untested, but I think he's ready for the bump up in competition.... Time will tell very shortly.
Crosbie vs. Pereira
Kiefer Crosbie, TKO, R1
Funny how things can change over time. I woulda laughed in your face and told you to put the crackpipe down for a little bit, if you told me at the end of Crosbie's amateur career, that he'd be a big, main prospect for Bellator's European Expansion as a Pro. He didn't look at all spectacular as an amateur. In fact, he lost 5 of his last 7 amateur fights. But since then, he's been unbeatable (except when he beats himself by throwing illegal shots). But he should easily get back into the win column here..
Gnusariov vs. Coughlan
Ian Coughlan, SUB, R2
Here's another tough pick contest for me .. I just don't like taking guys with stretches of inactivity. You most of the time, have no idea why they've taken an extended layoff. Was it an injury? Was it that they contemplated retirement? Were they just being a lazy slob eating 3 meals a day at McDonald's... You sometimes just don't know. I'd be taking Ian Coughlan without thinking twice. But he's been on the shelf for 15 months. But I can't get past the fact that when combining his 1 pro fight, with his 6 amateur fights, Coughlan is riding a 6 fight win streak...... A 6 fight winning all by armbar streak.
Smullen vs. Tobin
Richie Smullen, SUB, R2
Richie Smullen is garbage. But Sean Tobin is a flaming dumpster of rotten garbage................ And turds.
Roddy vs. Pietilä
Ryan Roddy, DEC
Woooow. You wanna talk inactive. Again another one of those "I don't like taking guys coming off long layoffs, but I just can't ignore....." Kinda fights. Even considering that Roddy's last fight was ALMOST EXACTLY 4 years ago, just off by a literal day (9-26-15) and you gotta go back to August 2014 for his last win. Even after considering that useless info, Roddy's still better than Pietila.
