The whole family is fighting on this card I see. I knew there was a couple of brothers but never knew there was a couple of sisters too! Is there any more of this fighting family?!
Imagine if there was a fall out at a family gathering, would be carnage!
Saying that Mama looks like she'd keep them all in line!

Anna Azov has five children: and all - three sons and two daughters are fighting in professional mixed martial arts MMA!


Mother Anna, as everyone respectfully calls her, is the second and the manager of her children. She tries not to miss a single tournament where her children are fighting and she is always very emotionally worried about them, so much so that sometimes in the broadcast her voice drowns out the commentators. Once, after the defeat of her son, she went into the cage to make a claim to the referee - and at this alarming moment she held in her hand two real Cossack swords. Azovskaya publicly appears in a long dress in public - the “Fashion sentence” program tried to fix it, but it didn’t work, but Nadezhda Babkina learned what MMA is.


The Kichigin family has five children: sons Gregory (03/05/1989 gr., Nickname "Crusader", category up to 77 kg, statistics in MMA: 12 victories, 5 defeats), George (09.09.1990 gr., Nickname "Knight" 77 kg , 18-5) and Victor (03.11.1994 gr., 66 kg, 16-5), daughters of Yaroslav (11.01.1999 gr., 3-0) and Uslada (08.11.2000 g. 3-0)


Sons, and later daughters of mother Anna, from an early age were engaged in martial arts, free-style wrestling, karate, hand-to-hand combat. All of them, without exception, are now successfully performing in a professional MMA!


Both the mother and her children recorded the Cossack in the column “nationality”. Kichigins from Stavropol, but for several years now they have been living in the far Moscow region - in the city of Roshal.


Mother Anna got married early, her first child appeared when she was 17. In total she had six children, moreover, the same years: 1989-1990, 1993-1994, 1999-2000. They had to grow one.


“In 2000 I lost my daughter,” says Azov. - She was seven years old. She drowned. After that I came to God. In 2002, her husband died. He drank heavily, did not care about the family - and God simply removed him from us. Because if he was there, then nothing would have happened. He would be just a ballast on our family. God has raised us. God alone pulled me out of the poverty in which I used to live, changed me and my children. In the Stavropol Territory, we bought a dead house for a little money. They put him in order and did everything there with their own hands. We were constantly in debt and clutching at any job. Sometimes the children did not even go to school, because we went to work with the whole family: otherwise we would have nothing to pay for utilities, for food. They worked in the fields - carrots were harvested, onions, and apples. It is manual and hard work. Vitya's son was a shepherd. I lived in such debts, in such a pit, in such poverty ... God alone knows how hard it was for me. When the sons grew up, they began to work as builders, they laid asphalt, began to train, settled in to protect the shopping center ... In the Stavropol region, we had a bull, a cow, a horse, geese, ducks, turkeys, piglets. Land 30 acres, greenhouse 100 squares. The house is still there, we did not sell it.


The first coach of the Kichigin brothers was a video tape with the battles of Fyodor Emelianenko in Japan. Gregory was then 16, George 15, Victor 10 - and they began to engage in martial arts in the corridor of their home.


- They saw the battles of Fedor - and caught fire in this sport, - says Azov. - In the corridor they threw mattresses on the floor - and began to work out the techniques that they saw on the video. They were engaged without any trainers and system. And all that they can have learned at home. Then, when they came to the competition, it was necessary to somehow fill in the "coach" column in the minutes. Grisha's coach recorded Yegor, Egor's coach Grisha. And then the Cossacks attracted my sons to themselves, because the young ones do not drink, do not smoke - and set to teach hand-to-hand fighting to children. So they had the opportunity to train in this gym.


“I remember well that I was preparing for the first professional battles at home in the corridor,” said Viktor Kichigin, who received 3,000 rubles for the first battle in 2013.


The largest fee for all 45 fights that the brothers had was with Grigory Kichigin: $ 5,000 in a tournament in Lebanon in 2016. Of these, 20 percent were picked up by a manager who helped with entering a foreign promotion. In the Kichigin fights, you can see details familiar to all who have a brother: for example, in the Bad Boy blue shorts, the elder brother Gregory fought first, then the younger Victor.


The Kichigins have played in many Russian promotion tournaments, including M-1, Fight Nights and ACB.


Mother Anna, Kichigins dedicate all their victories. Victor, for example, after one of the fights did not hold back tears in words: “I love my mother very much”

Мать Анна, как ее все уважительно называют, - вторая и управляющая ее детьми. Она старается не пропускать ни одного турнира, в котором сражаются ее дети, и она всегда очень эмоционально переживает за них, настолько, что иногда в эфире ее голос заглушает комментаторов. Однажды, после поражения сына, она пошла в клетку, чтобы предъявить претензии судье, и в этот тревожный момент она держала в руках два настоящих казацких меча. Азовская публично появляется в длинном платье на публике - программа «Модное предложение» пыталась это исправить, но она не сработала, но Надежда Бабкина узнала, что такое ММА.

Мать Анна вышла замуж рано, ее первый ребенок появился, когда ей было 17 лет. Всего у нее было шесть детей, причем в те же годы: 1989–1990, 1993–1994, 1999–2000 годы. Они должны были вырастить один.


«В 2000 году я потерял дочь», - говорит Азов. - Ей было семь лет. Она утонула. После этого я пришел к Богу. В 2002 году ее муж умер. Он много пил, не заботился о семье - и Бог просто отстранил его от нас. Потому что если бы он был там, то ничего бы не случилось. Он был бы просто балластом для нашей семьи. Бог воскресил нас. Только Бог вытащил меня из бедности, в которой я жил, изменил меня и моих детей. В Ставропольском крае мы купили мертвый дом за небольшие деньги. Они привели его в порядок и сделали все своими руками. Мы постоянно были в долгах и цеплялись за любую работу. Иногда дети даже не ходили в школу, потому что мы ходили на работу всей семьей: иначе нам не за что было бы платить за коммунальные услуги, за еду. Они работали на полях - собирали морковь, лук и яблоки. Это ручная и тяжелая работа. Витя сын был пастухом. Я жил в таких долгах, в такой яме, в такой нищете ... Один Бог знает, как тяжело мне было. Когда сыновья выросли, они стали работать строителями, они положили асфальт, начали тренироваться, поселились, чтобы защитить торговый центр ... В Ставропольском крае у нас были бык, корова, лошадь, гуси, утки индейки, поросята. Земельный участок 30 соток, теплица 100 кв. Дом все еще там, мы не продали его.


Первым тренером братьев Кичигиных была видеозапись с боями Федора Емельяненко в Японии. Грегори тогда было 16 лет, Джорджу 15, Виктору 10 - и они начали заниматься боевыми искусствами в коридоре своего дома.


- Они видели сражения Федора - и загорелись в этом виде спорта, - говорит Азов. - В коридоре они бросили матрасы на пол - и начали отрабатывать приемы, которые они видели на видео. Они были заняты без каких-либо тренеров и системы. И всему, чему они могли научиться дома. Затем, когда они пришли на соревнования, нужно было как-то заполнить колонку «тренер» в протоколе. Тренер Гриши записал Егора, тренер Егора Гриши. И тогда казаки привлекли к себе моих сыновей, потому что молодые не пьют, не курят - и начинают учить детей рукопашному бою. Таким образом, у них была возможность тренироваться в этом тренажерном зале.


«Я хорошо помню, что готовился к первым профессиональным битвам дома в коридоре», - сказал Виктор Кичигин, получивший 3000 рублей за первый бой в 2013 году.


Самая большая плата за все 45 боев, которые были у братьев, была с Григорием Кичигиным: 5 000 долларов на турнире в Ливане в 2016 году.
