Free Cyborg isn't transgender dude. She definitely has masculine features, but so does her mother. Mother also has a deep voice and looks the same. It's genetic. A lot of it has to do with how much testosterone a foetus is exposed to in the womb.Plenty of bulldikes around who look like dudes for the same reason. Steroid abuse didn't help. Regardless, Justino is and always was female.

I've always thought massive steroids growth hormones and testosterone.
But She's only been caught twice. And one of the substances she was caught using was a diuretic.
So I thought maybe transgender was an alternative theory.
Wonder if anyone has seen her birth certificate or her privates she could b a hermaphrodite who identifies like a woman. And i'm not the first to suspect somethings up.
