Would never happen. After Dana got burned when co promoting with PRIDE back in the mid 2000s when he couldn't get any of their fighters to come over after allowing Chuck fight in their Light Heavyweight grand prix, he hasn't co promoted with anyone for MMA since.

It wouldn't be that interesting considering. Their upper weightclass champs are Rory, Gegard, Bader all guys who have plenty of fights in the UFC. Of course I would like to see some guys in the lower weightclasses get really tested but it won't ever happen. UFC has no incentive to give Bellator a leg up anyway. UFC brings inprobably more than 20x as much revenue as Bellator so why help them catch up.

I no it's not going to happen. But some great fights would come of it.
