-475 favorite for Jones.  This implies an 82% probability of victory.   I'm sure there are people who will disagree, confident that Rashad will smash Jones.  Discuss!

I think this is a winnable fight for Rashad. Jones looked less than stellar against Rampage, and Rashad is less of a plodding head hunter.

I know how mino feels on the subject!

I thought Jones looked stellar against Rampage.  I think this fight ends up looking similar.

In my opinion he kept his range for three rounds, which is pretty impressive I guess, but Rampage is a very one-dimensional striker. Rashad is faster than Rampage.

Jones won't be too hesitant with Rashads striking like he was against Rampage. He'll be smart about the fight and fight like he did against Shogun and his previous fights. There's more to Jones we just didn't see it all in the Rampage fight. Rashad should lose this fight.

I think Jones was just hesitant with Rampage because of the power in his hands.  Rashad has underrated power, he knocked the F out of Chuck Liddell and rocked Rampage once or twice in their fight. Rashad will bring the fight to Jon Jones, he's come a long way since losing the title to Machida.  This should be a very interesting fight.

I actually think this fight goes to a decision, Rashad gets low in his stance and has good head movement and Jones striking although brilliant at times is his biggest weakness. Rashad has good wrestling, so he wont be as easy to take down as a lot of Jones other opponents, and of course the fact that he trained with him before he has a much better idea of what he's gonna see from Jones than anyone else had.

That being said, I don't see how Rashad wins this fight...I could see him scoring a couple of take downs, but I find it highly unlikely he can keep Jones down...with his long frame Jones should be dangerous off his back, but we really dont know since no one can put him there

I think this fight will be Jones toughest fight for a long time, until he meets up with Phil Davis in the next year or so...I'm expecting a long grueling fight between Jones and Rashad, which Jon will control ....but I wouldn't be at all suprised if Jones just smashes either to be honest

As big of a Rashad fan that I am I realize he's probably not going to "smash" Jones but he will win this fight. Evans has what it takes to beat Jones and he'll prove it. Rashad is going to win me a fair amount of money when this fight happens. But I will say if Jones gets by Rashad, Jones will have a Anderson/GSP type grip on the 205 division.

Rashad will be willing to engage Jones in areas where rampage wasn't, such as the clinch, so he can try and work it to the ground. I think Rashad is smart enough to realize anyone who fights Jones at a distance WILL NOT win, he's just way too ******* long. He does have KO power, but his chin is also a lot more suceptable to being rocked than Rampage's. I see Jones winning via TKO in the late rounds again, probably starting the barrage with an elbow!

Sorry Thiago :(

hahaha, sorry buddy but i don't see Jones being on bottom with his length. I know they've trained together, but i don't see Rashad taking him down. Bones knows that's his best way to win and will train for it not to happen. I'd love to see Rashad win, but i don't think it's going to happen.

I'll be picking Bones by TKO in round 2 or 3. The only difference between Rashad and Rampage is a little speed.

Rashad is weaker and has worse TDD then Rampage as well, so expect more throws from Jones since Rashad won't be able to outmuscle him. Not to mention Rashad's chin is nowhere near Rampage's...
