Yves Edwards Thug Jitsu will **** up any attempt of a McKenzietine. This is an easy fight for Yves, some of you guys are forgetting what Yves did to Josh Thomson plus Cody is only a blue belt in BJJ.

I'm surprised so many people are picking McKenzie. I don't see McKenzie's one trick working one Yves. Yves is a veteran of 56 fights and McKenzie has admitted he had the most trouble with seasoned veterans who don't fall into crafty tricks.

@Master Blaster, ur exactly right, no way Cody catches him. I expect to see body shots from Yves all day, he lit Gunderson up with those body kicks, and should do the same to Cody easily, considering his tall frame.

wow, crazy all-time KO from yves. i had it at 20 on my KO ranking and it's 20 on the consensus too, interestingly enough, but i hadn't seen it in years. that thing was sweet.

I am a fan of edwards, but you gotta remember how often he plays into opponents strengths. Thats been his downfall for most of his losses, well that and taking on fights that he was meant to lose.
Im picking McKenzie because he will be confident heading in and i think edwards will underestimate him thinking my experience will win this for me.

McKenzie is an up and comer, his guilltine will take him to the upper levels of the UFC, but his strike must improve. I doubt it has enough to stop the onslaught a hungry Yves will bring in route to a second round KO.
