Reddit user, gambledub, recently discovered that Fight Pass is using people's CPU to mine with Coin Hive. It has since been removed, but something extremely sketchy like this should be made aware to Fight Pass users.

That's very strange that this would be on Fight Pass!

I thought it effected the GPU, and not the CPU.  Regardless, I am not surprised that they do this.  A lot of sites like Pirate Bay do this because of the lack of people who are willing donate to keep their site up and running, so they resort to bitcoin farming to break even and keep the lights on.  So this tells me that either the UFC is making up for those free trials because there isn't enough people subscribed or this was the work of a rogue employee trying to turn a quick buck at the UFC's expense.  Either way, it is a ******* move and looks really bad on the UFC.

@GreenHornet you would that because a GPU mines faster, but the user determined that it was the CPU.

For some reason I think it is more likely a rogue employee like you suggest. The risk is too high for the payout for the UFC, but for an individual, it would be worth it
