I am so excited for this fight. Cowboy pulls the sub after some exciting exchanges in the first two rounds, earning himself FOTN and sub of the night.

when they are getting instructions before they fight i'll say cerrone is closer to 6 inches taller than siver. cerrone by UD or submission.

@thiago. siver won't even be able to hit cerrone's jaw b/c he is soo small. cerrone by easy UD just b/c siver can take alot of punishment. wiman is five feet 8 inches and was pounding away. just think what cerrone will do to the little guy.

Wiman was only "pounding away" the one time he got Siver on his back..Siver was killing him standing. Cerrone will not get Siver on his back and will be outstruck to a decision.

I'm going to side with Siver right now, but I may change my pick later.  Siver has defeated better strikers and taller opponents before, and also beat G-sot by unanimous decision, so he can hold his own against talented grapplers as well.  I'm not sure that the Cowboy is going to bring anything to the table that Siver hasn't seen and beaten in his career already.  However, Cerrone is taller, and likes to strike, so if he uses his range he might be able to pull out a decision victory...possibly even a TKO.  I don't see Cerrone composing himself to keep his distance, and in a war I have to side with Siver because of his power and more crisp, defined striking.

Yeah, I'd love to see him land that flush on Cerrone's solar plexus for the TKO victory.  Not that I dislike Cerrone or anything, but Siver's spinning back kick is a work of art.

Cerrone is on a roll much like Carlos Condit, I think he's going to steam roll Siver and put himself in top 5 contention. The real problems will be created then with Guillard, Guida, and Cerrone being within a fight of a title shot and training together.....

To me Cerrone is overrated and Siver is underrated... Those picking Cerrone by submission.. Just no. He wont be able to get Siver down at all and even if he did Siver has excellent jiu jitsu.
