What current fighter out there do you think has the absolute talent and skill but you honestly feel will never win a UFC/Bellator belt? These fighters I am asking about ALL have the "top level" skills and talent but for whatever reason you feel will just not eventually reach that pinnacle in the sport for whatever reasons( injury, opposition in division, whatever)

I will open this up with 3.... I honestly think Alex Gustaffson....Damien Maia...and Jon Dodson will unfortuantely possibly walk away with out ever picking up a much deserved strap....

Edgar could be an obvious pick. I feel like He'd be great at 135 though

Chad Mendes, Alistair Overeem, Ryan Bader, Donald Cerrone, Ricardo Lamas, John Dodson, Raphael Assuncao, Ian McCall and Joseph Benavidez.

And I really like a lot of those guys, unfortunately.

@dtrain24 Right?

When you said that I was like man I feel the same way... I have more I will add to my list but your right.,.. Absolutely love some of them in the list.,..and in your guys lists... Hell GUS is my favorite active fighter in todays UFC... its sad really... There are sooo many variables now that were not even there 3-4 years ago... This holding on or going for two belts thing will have a huge effect in things... Often I think were gonna find that many of the best fighters might just be seen on these lists...

@AgentMooseMan  I had the same thoughts on Edgar... with age and all.. I think his best shot is to go down and not up... tuff as hell either way for sure...
