I think the UFC might be waiting on her to get a bit more experience, probably her team wanted to wait a bit, her and Aldana are going to the UFC no doubt, but their divisions are packed with talent (more the 135 div) and the UFC should want them to last for all the reasons you mentioned my guess is that they have 1 or 2 more fights with Invicta before making the jump to deep waters.
