Wait 'till their accountants go over the number. Press conference for UFC 200 was substantially lower in media participation than UFC 196, if you think that's not indicative of how the event's going to sell you're dreaming. 

UFC 196's infamous press conference peaked at 360k viewers on Youtube, whereas UFC 200's Jones/Cormier 2 **** talk doing less than a tenth of that.

Along the same lines, UFC 197 is reportedly trending between 300 and 350k PPV buys. 

That's a dominant champion and supposed superstar in Jon Jones headlining against a non-star opponent in an Interim title fight. 

For comparison's sake, UFC 189, which featured an Interim title fight with Conor McGregor against another non-star in Chad Mendes, did close to triple that. BEFORE Conor got a belt. 

It will be very interesting to see if the stacked nature of UFC 200 translates to a big buyrate when the Cormier-Jones rematch has lost some mainstream heat and nothing else on the card speaks to the casual fan. 

I expect a good number. Maybe 500-700k buys as it stands now, but it's not scratching 1M without GSP.

To be fair it was for an interim belt against a no name. Jones vs DC did like 820k so its all about the opponent imo. Plus Mighty Mouse.  

I honestly wasn't stoked on the rematch until a week or two before it was canceled Diaz would of tore his head of again
